At **DRYFT**, an automotive industry company, we are seeking a **Mechanical Supervisor** to lead workshop operations, ensuring proper execution of mechanical work, on-time delivery, and compliance with quality standards. Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate the daily work of the mechanic team. * Plan and allocate workshop workload according to operational priorities. * Ensure repairs are carried out in accordance with established procedures and timelines. * Monitor work progress and verify repair quality. * Coordinate with service advisors to ensure proper vehicle handling and timely delivery. * Resolve technical and operational incidents affecting workshop workflow. * Supervise compliance with safety regulations and good working practices. * Control appropriate use of tools, equipment, and workshop resources. * Verify vehicles are delivered in optimal condition and within the committed timeframe. * Prepare productivity and team performance reports. * Perform other duties assigned by the direct supervisor. Requirements * Certified Technician in Automotive Mechanics. * Minimum of **3 to 5 years** of experience in automotive workshops. * Experience leading teams as a Senior Mechanic, Supervisor, Workshop Manager, or Coordinator. * Knowledge of diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of light vehicles. * Familiarity with work orders and workshop operational processes.
