Job Summary: We are seeking responsible and dynamic Multifunctional Textile Operators to comprehensively execute and support hosiery production and finishing processes, ensuring quality. At VILAV, we are seeking **Multifunctional Textile Operators** who are responsible and dynamic, capable of comprehensively executing and supporting hosiery production and finishing processes, ensuring quality and order fulfillment. \- Main Responsibilities * Perform, as required, processes including re-knitting, turning, ironing, pairing, labeling, bagging, and end-capping. * Select products according to order priority. * Classify first-quality, second-quality, odd-numbered, mended, and defective items. * Maintain organization by model, color, and type. * Verify product quality at each stage. * Meet assigned daily targets. * Assist in locating missing pairs. * Assist in baling and order preparation. * Keep aisles, shelves, and areas clear. * Record daily production. * Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. ✅ Requirements **Mandatory:** * Completed secondary education. * Ability to detect product defects and classify quality. * Capacity to work under targets and across various textile process areas. * Responsibility, punctuality, and commitment to company standards. **Desirable:** * Minimum 6 months’ experience in textile production or finishing areas. * Knowledge of textile product packaging and presentation processes. * Willingness to learn different functions within the plant. **Conditions:** * Work Mode: On-site * Position Type: Full-time * Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM * Salary: 1600 * Send your CV to: vilav.reclutamiento@gmail.com * Indicate the position title you are applying for in the email subject line.
