Position Summary: We are seeking a Bachelor's or Licensed Architect to develop and manage construction projects, prepare municipal technical files, drawings, and quantity takeoffs. Key Highlights: 1. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Company dedicated to the development and management of construction projects, focused on comprehensive solutions for municipal procedures and construction execution. We are looking for a **Bachelor's or Licensed Architect** for on-site work in **San Juan de Lurigancho (Lima Este)**. **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience. * Experience in architectural projects. * Experience in **electrical and sanitary installations**. * Proficiency in **municipal technical files (permits, ITSE, etc.)**. * Experience in **quantity takeoffs and quotations**. * Proficiency in **AutoCAD and Microsoft Office**. **Responsibilities:** * Development and management of **architectural projects**. * Preparation of **municipal technical files** (permits, ITSE, etc.). * Development and coordination of **architectural, electrical, and sanitary installation drawings**. * Preparation of **quantity takeoffs and quotations**. * Support in municipal procedures and document management.
