Job Summary: We are seeking a Large-Format Printing Machine Operator to operate, calibrate, and maintain production equipment, ensuring high-quality prints and operational continuity. Perform basic preventive maintenance on equipment **Position:** Large-Format Printing Machine Operator **POP UP E.I.R.L**, an advertising industry company specializing in the production and installation of advertising materials, is seeking new talent for the position of **Large-Format Machine Operator**. **Job Objective:** Operate, calibrate, and maintain production machines to ensure high-quality prints, operational continuity, and compliance with company-established standards. **REQUIREMENTS:** **Education** * Graduates of Graphic Design or Technical Programs in Graphic Processes, or related fields. * Experience operating digital and large-format printing machines * Intermediate proficiency in machine control software * Basic knowledge of preventive maintenance **Experience** * 1 year of experience operating printing machines in the advertising, printing, or industrial sectors * Experience operating manual guillotines / cutters * Experience using sealers / staplers * Experience with printing machines **Job Functions:** * Daily inspection, calibration, and configuration of production machines according to technical parameters. * Operate equipment to ensure optimal speed and performance. * Adjust configurations based on material type, size, resolution, or client requirements. * Continuously monitor machine operation during production. * Make necessary adjustments to correct faults, streaks, stains, misalignments, or other defects. * Ensure all prints meet established standards. * Perform basic preventive maintenance (cleaning, lubrication, alignment). * Maintain order and organization in the machine area. * Ensure efficient use of materials and resources. **CONDITIONS** * **Payroll:** From the first day of employment (vacation, CTS, 50% bonus); Regime: MYPE * **Rotating Shift Schedule:** 6 days per week * **Shift 1:** 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM * **Shift 2:** 08:00 PM to 05:00 AM * Overtime opportunities, paid according to law. * Opportunities for professional development and growth * Positive and dynamic work environment * **Location:** Cercado de Lima (Reference: behind D’onofrio factory on Av.
