Opportunities for career growth and job stability. **At Dental Sandoval, we are looking for top talent for the "Content Creator" position, with the following profile:** ✅ Requirements: * Graduate in Audiovisual Communication, Marketing, or related fields. * 1 year of experience in audiovisual and digital content creation. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles (preferably in the healthcare sector). * Proficiency in CapCut, Premiere, or similar tools. * Expertise in video editing for digital formats (Reels, TikTok, advertising content), including pacing, storytelling, and high-impact hooks. * Ability to adapt content to various digital formats and platforms according to marketing objectives. * Availability to work in Carmen de la Legua, Callao. * Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Lunch break: 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM). ✅ Main Responsibilities: * Manage social media interactions to strengthen engagement and community connection. * Create digital content (copy, graphics, images, and videos) aligned with brand identity and business objectives. **\*Important:** Must not be afraid of blood or dental procedures, as you will need to enter surgeries and treatments to capture authentic, day-to-day audiovisual material. * Manage, schedule, and publish content across the company’s various digital channels. * Identify content trends and opportunities to maximize brand reach, positioning, and results. * Monitor content metrics and performance, proposing strategic improvements based on KPIs and outcomes. * Plan and execute the weekly content calendar in alignment with the brand’s digital strategy. * Propose and execute digital campaigns aimed at growth, visibility, and customer acquisition. ✅ We Offer: * Microenterprise payroll registration. * Excellent work environment and professional atmosphere. * Job stability and opportunities for growth. * Market-competitive compensation.
