We’re looking for you! **Duties and Responsibilities** * Attendance tracking and monitoring for staff. * Managing employee onboarding and offboarding with SUNAT. * Preparing social benefits settlements. * Calculating and preparing bonuses (Gratificaciones) and the Compulsory Savings Fund (CTS). * Preparing and calculating payroll. * Administering and monitoring employment contracts. * Monitoring the recruitment and hiring process. * Monitoring personnel files compliance with SUNAFIL requirements. * Tracking and recording staff vacation days. * Other duties inherent to the position as assigned by the department. **Requirements** * Minimum 6 months’ experience in similar roles. * Technical or university graduate in Accounting, or specialization in Human Resources or related fields. * Basic knowledge of current labor regulations. * Organized, responsible, and capable of teamwork. **Conditions:** * Excellent working atmosphere. * Social benefits under the **MYPE** payroll scheme. * **On-site work in Comas**. * Working hours: Mon–Fri 8:30 AM–5:30 PM; Sat 8:30 AM–12:30 PM. **Do you want to join our team?** Send your CV to **924 267 667**, specifying the **position you are applying for**.
