




Our client, a leading asset security company, is seeking a SELECTION ANALYST for SURCO. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Conduct detailed profile development in coordination with the requesting department. * Manage diverse recruitment channels: job boards, LinkedIn, communities, referrals, and ATS database. * Screen candidates and conduct competency-based interviews; administer/review assessments. * Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates; manage interview logistics. * Prepare candidate shortlists and evidence-based recommendations. * Negotiate and close offers with candidates; coordinate pre-onboarding activities. * Maintain rigorous ATS updates and ensure compliance with internal policies. * Deliver weekly progress and risk reports for each vacancy. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (e.g., Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources). * **2–4 years** of recruitment experience; proficiency in ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter (or equivalent tools). * Knowledge of interviewing techniques, profile calibration, and offer formulation. * Basic Excel skills. **BENEFITS:** * Formal employment contract * Monthly salary: PEN 2,300 * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Employment type: Full-time Salary: PEN 2,300.00 per month Application question(s): * Do you have experience handling high-volume recruitment processes? * Where do you currently reside? * Please provide a phone number for us to call or send a WhatsApp message.
