**Purpose of the Role** Plan, produce, and edit audiovisual content that effectively communicates institutional, commercial, or training messages, ensuring technical quality, coherent storytelling, and alignment with the organization’s communication objectives. **Key Responsibilities** * Plan and produce informative, promotional, testimonial, or educational videos. * Record audio and video using professional or semi-professional equipment (cameras, wireless lavalier microphones). * Edit videos—including cuts, sequences, transitions, audio correction, and musical scoring. * Create subtitles and simple animated elements or motion graphics when required. * Adapt video versions to various formats and platforms (horizontal, vertical, reels, stories, etc.). * Ensure visual and narrative quality in every audiovisual production. * Coordinate with requesting departments to gather requirements, validate scripts, schedule recording sessions, and obtain approvals. **Expected Deliverables** * Recorded and edited videos in required formats (short, medium, or long duration). * Platform-adapted versions (horizontal, vertical, square, with subtitles). * Thumbnails or cover images to accompany videos on digital platforms. * Minimal project documentation: a brief report describing the work performed. **Minimum Requirements** * Technical or university degree in Audiovisual Communication, Multimedia Production, or related fields. * Proficiency in editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar). * Basic knowledge of lighting, video recording, and audio capture. * Minimum 1 year of experience in audiovisual editing or production. * Access to semi-professional camera equipment. * Verifiable portfolio. * Availability to conduct in-person recordings in Lima. **Desirable Requirements** * Intermediate/advanced knowledge of photography and professional camera operation. * Experience in audiovisual storytelling, basic scriptwriting, or directing. * Proficiency in After Effects for motion graphics. **How to Apply?** Complete the following form and the Capacitadero team will contact you. **https://forms.gle/seR25YCFJ35n8YjK9** Position Type: Freelance Work Location: On-site employment
