




Job Summary: We are seeking a Logistics Intern to support operational and administrative management of receipt, storage, distribution, and procurement of biomedical equipment. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a LOGISTICS INTERN with the following profile: **Supports receipt, storage, picking, packing, distribution, dispatch, local procurement, and other related logistics activities.** The role is primarily operational (70%) and partially administrative (30%), executed at the Central Office and BIOCARE stores as required. **Requirements:** * University student (from the third semester onward) or technical student (from the fifth semester onward) majoring in **Administration, Industrial Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Logistics**, with interest in developing a career in logistics. * Minimum desirable experience of 3 months in warehouse operations (handling delicate products) or 3 months in related fields. * Knowledge of logistics processes. * Intermediate-level proficiency in **EXCEL** (pivot tables, dynamic charts) and **WORD**. * Proximity of residence to workplace (**JR. CASTROVIRREYNA 1171\. BREÑA**) or convenient access. * Responsible, punctual, and organized. **Benefits:** * Career progression path after 6 months of internship. Salary increase to S/.1,400 as Logistics Assistant. * Timely biweekly and end-of-month payments. * Growing company. * MYPE tax regime, transitioning toward General Regime (full payroll). **Main Responsibilities:** * File and organize departmental documentation (delivery guides, invoices, delivery orders, etc.). * Request quotations from suppliers of goods or services as needed for procurement. * Update the department’s scheduled activity schedule. * Track pending departmental tasks and report to the LOGISTICS MANAGER. * Support product receipt and verify quantities, \#serial numbers, and physical condition. * Support storage of equipment according to classification and preservation criteria. * Prepare equipment and/or products for dispatch according to delivery guides. * Verify that equipment includes all required accessories per the inspection sheet. All equipment must meet this requirement before being transferred to stores, delivered to the Central Office, or dispatched to provinces. * Prepare and pack boxes and/or packages as required. * Participate in general inventories conducted per instructions from the LOGISTICS MANAGER. * Support all related activities.
