Functional analysis and requirements gathering **Software Development Project Analyst** * Work Mode: **On-site** * Location: **Near Santa Anita Mall – Lima** * Schedule: **Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.** * Temporary project **Role Objective** To manage **software development projects** end-to-end, ensuring compliance with **scope, timelines, quality**, and proper definition of **functional solutions**. **Responsibilities** * Responsible for **end-to-end project management**: planning, progress tracking, and timely and high-quality control of **deliverables**. * Conduct **requirements gathering** with users and stakeholders. * Define the **functional scope** of solutions. * Prepare clear and detailed **functional documentation**. * Execute **functional testing** for each delivered requirement. * Validate **system behavior** against specifications. * Coordinate with **development, QA, and business** teams. **Requirements** * Minimum **2 years of experience as an analyst in software development projects (mandatory)**. * Experience in **software development projects** (marketing or infrastructure profiles are not considered). * Experience in **project management**, tracking, and controlling deliverables. * Ability in **functional analysis** and communication with users. * Experience in **requirements gathering** and solution definition. **Desirable** * Experience in **administrative processes** (**accounting, logistics, procurement, billing**). * Experience in **ERP implementation** involving these modules.
