We are currently seeking top talent for the following position: Position: Cost and Budget Analyst on Site Location: SJM **Functions and Responsibilities:** * Analyze unit prices under the supervision of the department head. * Participate in the preparation of technical and economic bids. * Participate in developing the final budget for assigned projects. * Participate in drafting technical specifications for construction tenders to define project scopes. * Participate in team tasks coordinated by the department head, ensuring proper execution of responsibilities. * Perform cost analysis for each item in assigned projects. * Assist the department head in gathering scope information from various departments within the company. * Prepare, calculate, and analyze quantity takeoffs for construction projects. * Negotiate prices of materials and services requested by the immediate supervisor with suppliers. * Contact and select suppliers for purchasing materials, products, and raw materials. * Monitor construction requirements and purchase orders. * Perform other related and complementary duties as required. **Requirements:** * Education Level: Bachelor's degree or graduate in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields * 1 to 3 years of experience * Experience in roles: cost analysts, technical office, and logistics * Industry/Sector: Industrial, Retail, Construction, or related * **Availability to work on-site in SJM** We promote labor inclusion and integration without distinction based on disability, gender, orientation, gender identity and expression, place of origin, or generation All talents are welcome!
