On behalf of our client, an important company in the industrial/construction sector, we are looking for a Quality Control Supervisor for our Lurigancho-Chosica plant. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering or related fields. * Desirable knowledge of industrial safety, metrology, lean six sigma. * Knowledge of quality management and continuous improvement tools. * 4 to 5 years of experience in similar positions. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure raw materials, production processes, and final products manufactured by CCISA meet the company's established quality standards and technical specifications. * Supervise analyses to ensure strict compliance with established testing methods according to procedures, proper laboratory operations, and that appropriate equipment is maintained in optimal condition with proper maintenance and measurement calibration. * Conduct and analyze quality tests, collect data, prepare daily and periodic reports on process performance, analysis results, and product status. * Other duties assigned by the direct supervisor. **Benefits:** * Market-competitive salary. * Transportation allowance + meal allowance. * Meals provided by the company at the plant.
