REQUIREMENTS: \- Completed secondary education. \- Prior customer service experience preferred. \- Availability to work rotating shifts: morning, afternoon, or night. RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Daily verification and assistance of customers visiting the establishment, inquiring about their food and/or beverage preferences during their stay. \- Providing excellent service to the company's and/or General Management's special guests, offering them complimentary beverages as directed by the immediate supervisor. \- Processing customer orders received through reception. \- Cleaning the work area and arranging necessary supplies with proper order, cleanliness, and quality standards to ensure a positive image. \- Complying with and enforcing provisions outlined in the Gambling Addiction Prevention Plan and related procedures.
