




Job Summary: We are seeking a Sales Supervisor for a leading real estate company, responsible for ensuring sales targets are met, managing the sales pipeline, and training sales advisors. DESCRIPTION On behalf of our client—a leading real estate company where growth, innovation, and teamwork drive the success of every project—we are looking for a Sales Supervisor. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure achievement of sales targets for assigned projects by continuously tracking each advisor’s performance and promptly implementing corrective actions. * Manage commercial funnel performance, monitoring daily conversion metrics at each stage of the sales process (lead, visit, reservation, and closing). * Provide ongoing training and on-site coaching to sales advisors, developing consultative selling, negotiation, objection handling, and closing skills. * Ensure adherence to commercial excellence standards, guaranteeing consistent customer service across all sales offices under their supervision. * Ensure full understanding of promotions, campaigns, commercial policies, and corporate guidelines through training sessions and team follow-up. * Maintain continuous coordination with Marketing and the Call Center to identify opportunities for improving lead quality, campaign effectiveness, and visit generation. * Monitor sales team productivity and turnover, proposing actions to strengthen performance and coverage for assigned projects. * Prepare and present commercial management reports to the Sales Manager, covering sales progress, key indicators, risks, and improvement opportunities. * Identify market opportunities, customer behavior trends, and competitor activities, providing recommendations that support objective achievement. * Supervise proper CRM usage and follow-up, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with established protocols. **Benefits:** * Formal employment contract from the first day of work. * Market-competitive salary. * Variable compensation based on sales closures. * 100% coverage of EPS (health insurance) under the base plan. * Annual bonus for objective attainment.
