




Position Summary: Provide technical and operational support to construction projects by controlling measurements, budgets, materials, suppliers, and costs to ensure administrative and technical order throughout the project. Position Objective** Provide technical and operational support to construction projects through control of measurements, budgets, materials, suppliers, and costs, ensuring administrative and technical order from project inception through pre\-settlement and final settlement. Its primary function is to centralize technical and financial information for construction projects, facilitating decision\-making and preventing disorganization in procurement, payments, and resource control. **2\. Main Responsibilities** **A. Technical Construction Control** Preparation and review of construction measurements. Preparation and review of budgets and cost analysis. Control of executed items versus budget. Support in pre\-settlement and final settlement of construction projects. Preparation of technical reports and progress reports. Control of additional works and variations. **B. Materials Control** Registration and control of materials requested for construction projects. Control of material advances to suppliers or site representatives. Coordination with logistics and suppliers for supply chain management. Validation of requested quantities versus project measurements. Recording of material receipt and usage per construction project. **C. Cost and Payment Control** Control of advances and payments to suppliers and subcontractors. Recording of staff advances and weekly payroll payments. Control of labor either through payroll or service contracts. Support in weekly construction payment flows. Tracking of construction expenses against budget. **D. Operational Coordination** Constant coordination with: Site representatives, supervisors, logistics, suppliers, administration / treasury. Consolidation of information for: material requisitions, payment scheduling, personnel control. **E. Administrative Personnel Control** Registration of personnel on construction sites. Control of personnel entry and exit. Recording of weekly personnel payments. Control of advances and payment regularization. **3\.
