Opportunity to join an innovative and diverse team. **Job Description** ---------------------- Contribute to the Bank’s planning and management control process by ensuring access to clear and timely information. * Monitor adherence to budgets and established targets. * Identify and report deviations in key performance indicators (KPIs). * Prepare periodic financial and management performance reports. * Analyze trends and variances against planned figures. * Support automation and improvement of management reporting. * Coordinate with departments to obtain explanations justifying deviations from plans. * Support the company’s budget preparation process. * Conduct financial projections for revenues, costs, and expenses based on the company’s financial diagnosis and market analysis. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * 1 year of experience in financial institutions (banks, savings & loan associations, finance companies). * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, or related fields. * Advanced proficiency in Python and Excel. * Competencies: proactivity, teamwork, resilience, and communication.
