Position Summary: We are seeking a Civil Engineer or Architect with experience as Site Resident, Assistant Resident, or Supervisor in construction and maintenance of healthcare centers, hospitals, or clinics. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in infrastructure projects management for healthcare facilities 2. Key roles in construction supervision and site residency 3. Training in construction control, scheduling, and budgeting We are looking for 01 Civil Engineer or Architect With a minimum of 04 years of experience as Site Resident, Assistant Resident, or Supervisor in construction and/or maintenance of healthcare centers, hospitals, or clinics in the public or private sector. (Since professional registration) Must possess the following (mandatory): \- 90-hour training program on Site Residency for public and/or private construction projects. \- 40-hour training program on Occupational Safety and Health. \- 120-hour training program on MS Project (construction control and scheduling) or Cost Estimation, Budgeting, or Valuation.
