Ongoing training and a positive work environment. **Position:** Operational Assistant **Work Mode:** On-site **Schedule:** Full-time Main Responsibilities The Operational Assistant will support operations at a **Currency Exchange Office** and a **Hostel**, performing the following duties: At the Currency Exchange Office * Customer service and guidance. * Buying and selling foreign currencies (US dollars, euros, and other authorized currencies). * Cash handling, daily opening, closing, and reconciliation. * Recording transactions and managing documentation. * Compliance with operational and security procedures. * Supporting store organization and smooth operations. At Hostel Prada * Assisting with reception and service for domestic and international guests. * Providing information about hostel services. * Supporting check-in and check-out processes. * Coordinating and assisting with daily operational activities. * Delivering courteous service and resolving guest inquiries. Requirements * Completed secondary education or ongoing/completed technical studies (preferred). * Experience in customer service and cash handling (preferred). * Basic knowledge of foreign currency handling (preferred). * Basic or intermediate English proficiency (preferred), due to interaction with international guests. * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Responsible, proactive, honest, service-oriented, and communicative. Competencies * Excellent customer service skills. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Organizational and responsible attitude. * Speed and accuracy in cash handling. * Adaptability and willingness to learn.
