We are seeking an Operations Manager capable of leadership: **Responsibilities:** Ensure service compliance and quality, while providing client accompaniment and support through continuous operational monitoring. **-** Conduct monitoring via coordinated site visits to client facilities and plants - Monitor activities of our operational staff through our digital platform (training on its use will be provided) - Provide technical support to clients when required (emergency situations or specific requests) - Accompany clients during audits - Prepare detailed technical reports - Lead and manage alongside the operations team, proposing solution alternatives for various scenarios and innovative ideas **Requirements:** * Minimum 3 years’ experience in Pest Control, Environmental Sanitation, Fumigation within the food industry, logistics, retail, laboratories, education, general industry, or related sectors * Willingness to travel to provincial areas * Bachelor’s degree or professional title in Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering, Biology, Environmental Engineering, Entomology, or related fields * Availability for rotating shifts * Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency * Valid driver’s license (PREFERRED) **Benefits:** * Formal employment registration * BONUS + full salary (July and December) * Labor benefits * Incentives * Certified training programs provided by recognized institutions * 50% daily meal allowance If you meet the requirements, please send your CV to: - trabajo@cofusa.com or call 950 842 378 - Work location: Bellavista, Callao – On-site mode Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,900.00 – S/.2,200.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
