Position Summary: Production Engineer with experience in multifamily building projects, leading planning, control, and on-site production supervision. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in multifamily building projects with leading companies 2. Integrated production management using the Last Planner System and crew control 3. Proficiency with advanced tools such as S10 ERP, Power BI, and BIM Education: Civil Engineer, licensed and authorized. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Production Engineer on construction sites, strictly in multifamily building projects **(COMPANIES SUCH AS ABRIL \- V\&V \- BESCO \- TALEN \- ETC).** Knowledge: * Planning, scheduling, and controlling on-site production using the Last Planner System (Milestone Control, Phasing Plan, Look Ahead, Weekly Plan, Daily Plan, PPC, and constraint management). * Management and control of crew production, work fronts, and subcontractors, including productivity, output rates, executed measurements, resources, and schedule adherence. * Coordination, supervision, and control of structural, architectural, and MEP construction processes, ensuring compliance with drawings, technical specifications, construction procedures, and execution sequences. * Monitoring physical progress using production indicators, deviation analysis, report generation, and proposing corrective actions to recover the schedule. * Coordination of site resources, management of technical constraints and interferences, discipline coordination, RFI coordination, and work front release. * Field implementation of Quality and SSOMA standards, including quality protocols, ATS, work permits, operational controls, and preventive measures. **Advanced Excel skills, S10 ERP, Power BI, and BIM tools for model consultation and review.** **IF YOU MEET THE REQUIREMENTS, APPLY VIA THE FOLLOWING LINK:** https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSeknNiwL\-TyQpMCLImaWSFL46Y6HO1fEHfqdg5Mu80E\_FJ\-vQ/viewform?usp\=dialog Salary: S/.4,000\.00 \- S/.5,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
