Job Summary: We are seeking a Professional Project Intern to support the planning, execution, and control of internal infrastructure projects and production process improvements at the plant. Key Highlights: 1. Support in planning and control of infrastructure and improvement projects. 2. Preparation of drawings, project tracking, and documentation management. 3. Coordination with suppliers and internal departments on industrial projects. We are looking for a Professional Intern for the Projects Department, who will provide support in planning, execution, and control of projects related to internal infrastructure and production process improvements at the plant (installation and adaptation of machinery for fishing net manufacturing). Key Responsibilities: * Prepare and update AutoCAD drawings (plant layout, equipment arrangement, and infrastructure modifications). * Monitor construction projects, productive area adaptations, and machinery installation. * Participate in project scheduling planning and control. * Generate progress reports, KPIs, and activity control using Excel. * Conduct field data collection (measurements, layouts, and installation conditions). * Participate in quantity surveying, budgeting, and material requirement planning. * Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal departments (maintenance, production, logistics). * Manage and maintain up-to-date technical documentation for the department. * Enter data into SAP (desirable). * Comply with and promote safety standards for on-site plant work. Requirements: * Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Industrial Engineering. * Intermediate-level AutoCAD proficiency (mandatory). * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency (pivot tables, formulas, data control). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Intermediate English (technical manual reading and basic communication). * SAP knowledge desirable. * Power BI proficiency desirable (data visualization and reporting). * Prior experience (internships) in projects, industrial plants, maintenance, or equipment installation desirable.
