Dynamic and safe working environment At **CORPORACIÓN ORDOÑEZ**, we are looking for a qualified professional for the position of **DOCUMENT CONTROL ASSISTANT**. **Main Responsibilities:** * Classify, organize, and archive physical and digital documents from all projects. * Control access to and lending of documents across different departments. * Keep document records and databases up to date. * Support internal and external audits. **Requirements:** * Technical or university degree in Administration, Archival Science, Documentation, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in document management or archiving (preferably in construction companies). * Proficiency in Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook). * Availability to work in LA MOLINA **(on-site basis).** **Working Conditions** * Schedule: Monday to Saturday. * Work location: La Molina.
