Job Summary: Ensuring the proper condition of stored and displayed equipment. Responsible for inventory management, storage, and physical transfer of equipment between stores. Key Responsibilities: \* Monitor incoming and outgoing equipment at the Moquegua warehouse. \* Manage inventory, shipping documents, and logistics documentation. \* Coordinate with the LOGISTICS MANAGER to schedule equipment receipts, dispatches, and inter-store transfers. \* Supervise and carry out proper handling and storage of equipment. \* Inspect and verify displayed equipment, checking batch number, manufacturing date, and technical inspection report (not older than 6 months). \* Supervise and implement equipment display setup across all BIOCARE stores. \* Maintain store orderliness by removing any items unrelated to equipment displays. \* Conduct cyclic inventories by product family, as directed by the LOGISTICS MANAGER. \* Support and assist in comprehensive inventories conducted per the LOGISTICS MANAGER’s instructions. \* Report any incidents to the LOGISTICS MANAGER (e.g., equipment condition and status, packaging issues, damaged boxes, or other matters affecting product commercialization). \* Support all related activities as required. Requirements: \* University degree in a relevant field. \* Minimum 6 months’ experience in warehouse operations (handling equipment and/or sensitive products). \* Knowledge of packaging, inventory management, and delivery notes. \* Basic Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems.
