Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate SSOMA Assistant focused on prevention to lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental Management System. Opportunities for growth and continuous training ***SSOMA ASSISTANT*** **Location:** San Juan de Lurigancho, Lima. **Work Mode:** On-site *Are you passionate about prevention culture and safety standards?* At **Enerlab**, we seek a technical leader with management capabilities to ensure the integrity of our team and excellence in our processes. **Your Challenge:** Lead the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental Management System, ensuring regulatory compliance and fostering a "Zero Accidents" culture. **Your Main Responsibilities:** * **Strategic Management:** Design and implement procedures; update the Internal Occupational Safety and Health Regulation, the **IPERC** matrix, and risk maps. * **Operational Monitoring:** Supervise critical tasks; conduct inspections of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and emergency equipment (fire extinguishers, lights, first-aid kits). * **Culture and Training:** Deliver 5-minute safety talks, conduct drills, and implement technical training programs on the Management System. * **Regulatory Compliance:** Generate legally mandated records and follow up on Occupational Safety and Health Committee meeting minutes. * **Auditing and Improvement:** Control records (ATS) and track corrective actions for non-conforming work. **What We Are Looking For:** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree or graduate in Industrial, Environmental, Civil Engineering, or Occupational Safety. (Professional registration preferred). * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years leading SSOMA areas. * **Regulations:** Solid knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, and ISO 45001:2018\. * **Specialization:** Studies in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), Sexual Harassment Policies, and Equal Pay. * **Tools:** Intermediate-level Excel. * **Bonus:** Class A1 driver's license\. **What We Offer:** * Formal employment from day one (REMYPE regime — Small Enterprise). * All statutory benefits corresponding to this regime. * Opportunities for growth and continuous training. * A pleasant work environment and leadership opportunities.
