Coordinate actions and reports with the department head **Role Objective** Manage the recovery of the assigned portfolio through field visits, establishing sustainable payment agreements while maintaining a respectful and close relationship with our clients. **Responsibilities** * Manage collections at clients' residences according to the assigned portfolio. * Handle inquiries and propose viable payment agreements. * Record collection activities and keep case files up to date. * Coordinate actions and reports with the department head. **Requirements** * Graduate of technical or university programs in Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related fields. * Personal motorcycle with valid SOAT insurance (mandatory). * Minimum 6 months of field collections experience. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, collections systems, and customer service.
