Job Description: We are currently seeking top talent to join our team as a Minibus Driver. Requirements: . Completed secondary education (minimum mandatory requirement). . Valid driver's license, at minimum Category A\-IIB or AIIC. . Minimum 5 years of experience driving minibuses or personnel transport vehicles in underground mining operations. . Clean MTC Driver’s Record System (exclusive and permanent requirement). . Medical fitness certificate for high-altitude driving (valid EMO); willingness to work under camp-based arrangements in Central and Southern Peru. . Willingness to complete required qualification courses and medical examinations. . Immediate availability. . Residence in Lima or areas near the CERRO LINDO Mining Unit. Knowledge: . Basic automotive mechanics; pre\-use inspection; defensive driving; internal mine traffic rules and MTC regulations; 4×4 vehicle operation and high-altitude driving. . Prudent and safe driving; high concentration; tolerance for atypical work schedules; absolute focus on passenger safety.
