Job Summary: We are seeking a Pouch Machine Operator to lead the high-value-added special bag production line at a leading industrial company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Install and calibrate accessories We are a leading industrial company manufacturing high-quality flexible and plastic packaging. We are currently searching for top talent to fill the position of **Pouch Machine Operator**, responsible for leading the high-value-added special bag production line. **What will be your main responsibilities?** * **Setup and fine-tuning:** Mount reels, align guides, and regulate temperature, pressure, and sealing jaw dwell time according to each product’s technical specifications. * **Accessory installation:** Calibrate and supervise proper application of closures (zippers), gusset welding, and die-cutting or easy-open systems. **What qualifications must you meet?** * **Education:** Completed secondary education * **Experience:** Minimum of **2 years as a Pouch Machine Operator or Special Bag Maker** (Doypack, Stand-up Pouch) in flexible packaging companies. * **Knowledge:** Familiarity with laminated materials (PET, PE, BOPP, Aluminum), sealing temperature control, and photocell adjustment (print centering). * **Availability:** Willingness to work **rotating shifts** at our industrial plant. **What do we offer?** * Direct payroll enrollment from day one, including all statutory benefits (bonuses, CTS, vacation, family allowance, and health insurance). * Competitive market-aligned remuneration \+ overtime pay and night shift bonus. * Timely payment (bi-weekly and month-end). * Meals provided. * 100% coverage of all PPEs and uniforms. * Job stability and an excellent working environment.
