Don Salazar continues to grow! ☕✨ We are currently looking for a **Procurement Assistant** to join our team and support us in the efficient management of procurement and suppliers. **What are we looking for?** * Graduate or bachelor's degree holder in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Business, Logistics, or related fields. * Basic knowledge of procurement and supply processes. * Intermediate-level Excel skills (basic tables and formulas). * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong willingness to learn. * Prior experience is not required. **Main Responsibilities:** * Receiving, reviewing, and entering supplier invoices into the system. * Validating information and tracking purchase orders. * Managing and organizing digital files by supplier and date. * Administrative follow-up on outstanding invoices pending payment. * Updating supplier databases, pricing information, and technical specifications. * Supporting other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.
