Job Summary: We are seeking a Security Agent – Surveillance professional to protect people and property, control access, prevent incidents, and ensure compliance with security protocols responsibly and with attention to detail. We are a company specialized in the importation and commercialization of products, and we are currently looking for a committed **Security Agent \- Surveillance** dedicated to protecting the company's people and assets. The candidate will be responsible for controlling access, preventing incidents, and ensuring compliance with security protocols, acting with responsibility, attention to detail, and a service-oriented mindset. **Main Responsibilities** * Control the entry and exit of employees, suppliers, visitors, and vehicles, verifying authorizations and records. * Supervise the entry and exit of merchandise, validating supporting documentation (delivery notes, purchase orders, and permits). * Provide assistance and guidance to suppliers and visitors toward authorized areas. * Open and close main vehicle access points for operational vehicle entry and exit, strictly upon authorization. * Verify the identity of individuals, license plates, documents, and vehicle conditions before granting entry. * Conduct surveillance patrols around the perimeter, warehouses, and operational zones to identify risks or irregular situations. * Record incidents, updates, and movements in established control systems or formats. * Support incident or emergency prevention and response, promptly reporting any situation to the supervisor. **Requirements** * Completed secondary education \- certificate required * **Minimum 2 years of experience as a Security Agent or Security Personnel.** * **Valid SUCAMEC certification (Mandatory).** * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Residence in areas near the workplace (Santa Anita or Santa Clara preferred). **Benefits** * Formal employment registration from the first day of work. * All statutory benefits. * 60% meal allowance coverage. * Fixed rest day on Sundays. * Overtime pay.
