Job Summary: We are seeking a Treasury Assistant with experience in financial management, bank reconciliation, and supplier payments, who demonstrates initiative and effective communication. Key Highlights: 1. Manages key tasks related to financial management 2. Performs bank reconciliations and payments to suppliers 3. Interacts with suppliers and supports management We are looking for a Treasury Assistant responsible for key tasks related to financial management and who meets the following requirements: Profile: * Graduate / Technician / Bachelor in Accounting, Economics, or Administration. * Courses in accounting, cash flow, and others. * Preference for minimum 01 year of experience in this position. * Intermediate Excel knowledge. Responsibilities: * Report on company income and expenses. * Manage reporting on pending payment orders to verify their status. * Prepare weekly reports on banking obligations. * Perform bank reconciliations for all company cash accounts. * Process withholding payments for all invoices, enabling delivery to Accounting for proper recording. * Enter transactions via bank websites to pay suppliers. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor (Management). * Download and archive payment confirmations in the shared Drive folder no later than the day following payment execution. * Respond to supplier inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and payment confirmations. * Confirm bank balances daily.
