Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Architect to develop and supervise residential projects, coordinating with teams and managing technical and design aspects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Residential project development and supervision. 2. Coordination with engineers, suppliers, and the design team. 3. Support in architectural project design and development. At **Neiza Proyectos**, an architecture and project development studio, we are looking to add an experienced **Architect** to our team for the development and supervision of a **residential project**. Requirements * Bachelor's degree or diploma in **Architecture**. * Minimum **2 years of experience** in architectural project development and construction supervision. * Proficiency in **AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D modeling tools**. * Experience with **detailed drawings, coordination with specialists, and construction monitoring**. * Knowledge of **municipal regulations and construction processes**. * Availability for **on-site visits and field coordination**. Responsibilities * Development and updating of **architectural drawings and construction details**. * Support in the **design and development of the residential project**. * **Construction supervision and monitoring**. * Coordination with **engineers, suppliers, and the design team**. * Progress tracking and support in **technical project management**. Conditions * **Work mode:** On-site – Lima. * **Working hours:** * Monday to Friday: **8:30 am – 5:30 pm** * Saturday: **8:00 am – 1:00 pm** * **Employment type:** Full-time. * **Salary:** Commensurate with experience. .
