We are currently looking for a Junior Java Backend Developer with experience in Spring Batch, backend development, and cloud environments to join a banking sector project. We seek a candidate with experience in Java 8/11, batch process development (LRBA/APX\-Batch), and participation in end\-to\-end workflows. Hybrid mode in Lima, Peru. **Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain backend solutions using Java and the Spring Framework. * Implement and manage batch processes using Spring Batch, LRBA, or APX\-Batch. * Participate in the development of complete functionalities (E2E), including unit and functional testing. * Collaborate on integrations with systems and services within the banking ecosystem. * Work under agile methodologies such as Scrum. * Participate in continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. * Manage source code using version control tools. * Support incident resolution and continuous improvement of solutions. **Requirements** * Minimum 1 year of backend development experience with Java. * Knowledge of Java 8 and/or 11\. * Experience with the Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Data, Security, or Batch). * Experience developing with Spring Batch, LRBA, or APX\-Batch. * Experience implementing end\-to\-end solutions with unit and functional testing. * Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Sonar, Artifactory, or Bitbucket. * Experience working under agile methodologies (Scrum). * Basic English proficiency. #### **We Offer** * Full statutory payroll and benefits * 100% covered private health insurance * Birthday leave day * Attractive corporate benefits program * Dynamic work environment * Professional Growth * Competitive salary * Remote / hybrid work depending on the assignment \#LI\-PA1
