




**Background** Bespoken is a fast\-growing startup in the Conversational AI space. We help our customers deliver exceptional experiences via bots, and work with some of the most successful and well\-known customers in the world, such as Mercedes\-Benz, Disney, BNP Paribas, BCP, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and many, many more. We are looking to hire a product support engineer based in Peru to assist our team with triaging customer requests, investigating issues, and providing bug fixes and minor enhancements to our core product. **Job Responsibilities** The product support engineer will do the following: * Investigate issues reported by our customers to determine their cause and potential solution. * Create bug fixes and enhancements to our core product to meet customer needs. * Create proofs\-of\-concept and prototypes for customers to demonstrate how to use our software in line with our recommended best practices. * Communicate with customers to explain how to use our software and how to leverage our APIs and SDKs. * Work closely with our product manager to align code with product direction. **Candidate Requirements** * Bachelors degree in computer science * Excellent communication skills in English * Comfort\-level with a highly\-technical product * Attentive to detail and focused on delivering high\-quality, long\-term solutions * 3\+ years experience with Node.js and JavaScript/TypeScript * 3\+ years experience with React.js * Experience with Amazon Web Services \[OPTIONAL] * Experiences with MySQL \[OPTIONAL] If you are interested, apply via Indeed.
