Job Summary: We are seeking a Development Intern to support the creation, maintenance, and testing of applications and software, including programming components, managing databases, and documenting processes. Pre-professional Internships **Job Description** An accounting and tax services company is seeking a **Development Intern** to support the creation, maintenance, and testing of applications and software. Responsibilities include programming basic components, performing corrective/evolutionary maintenance, managing databases, and documenting processes. **Main Responsibilities** * Support the development and programming of internal applications according to established guidelines. * Use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to assist in code generation, optimization, and debugging. * Collaborate in the corrective and evolutionary maintenance of existing systems. * Quality Assurance (QA): Execute functional and technical tests to ensure the quality of new features before implementation. * Technical Documentation: Create and update system technical documentation, user manuals, and process diagrams. * **Specialized Technical Support:** Assist in software installation and configuration, database management, and resolve end-user queries. **Requirements** * Graduate or final-year student in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields. * Basic programming knowledge (Java, C\#, Python, or others). * Basic database management skills (SQL Server, MySQL, and/or similar). * Familiarity with office software (Excel) and project management tools (Git, Jira) and other version control systems is desirable. * Interest in applying artificial intelligence tools to software development. **Key Competencies** * Proactivity and eagerness to learn * Organized * Attention to detail * Responsibility and adherence to deadlines * Teamwork * Ethical and confidential handling of information * Effective communication * Creativity and innovation **We Offer** * Six-month internship agreement, renewable upon evaluation. * Statutory stipend. * FOLA insurance * Workplace: San Isidro Job Type: Internship Salary: S/.1,130\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
