Job Summary: We are seeking Mid-Senior Backend Developers to design and develop scalable services, implement and maintain applications, and optimize databases within an innovative team. Contribution to continuous improvement of the technology stack and mentoring. **JOIN OUR TEAM!** **We are looking for (2) Mid-Senior Backend Developers** **Requirements:** * Graduate and/or Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of prior experience in similar roles. * Proficiency in programming languages: PHP, Laravel, JavaScript, Node.js. * Proficiency in databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL. * Proficiency in version control: Git (GitLab/GitHub). * Proficiency in testing: PHPUnit or Jest. **Responsibilities:** * Design and develop scalable and secure services, APIs, and microservices. * Implement and maintain backend applications using PHP (Laravel) and PostgreSQL, adhering to best development practices. * Ensure efficient integration with frontend interfaces (e.g., React or others) via well-documented endpoints. * Analyze, design, and optimize database structures, stored procedures, and SQL queries. * Participate in technical analysis of requirements and collaborate with the Product Owner and QA team. * Perform unit and integration tests to ensure code quality. * Implement security measures, user authentication, and authorization. * Contribute to continuous improvement of the technology stack by proposing innovative technical solutions. * Clearly document architecture, endpoints, dependencies, and deployment processes. * Support code reviews and provide technical mentoring to junior team members. **Additional Information:** * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM * **Salary:** PEN 3,000 to PEN 4,500, depending on evaluation. * **Benefits:** Formal employment with all statutory benefits. * **Work Mode:** Hybrid * **Location:** La Molina Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: PEN 3,000.00 – PEN 4,500.00 per month Work Location: Hybrid in La Molina, Lima
