Job Summary: We are seeking a Systems Engineering Assistant to provide user support, improve processes, and manage information systems at a marketing agency. Key Highlights: 1. Preventive and corrective equipment maintenance MSF CREATIVE, a marketing agency, is looking for a **SYSTEMS ENGINEERING ASSISTANT** for Surco. **Requirements:** * University graduate or bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or related field. * 1–2 years of experience in user support and process improvement within companies. * Knowledge of latest ERP Odoo versions (implementation, support, or customization experience is desirable). * Proficiency in common programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, SQL, HTML/CSS, etc. * Programming logic knowledge. * Technical support and system management knowledge. * Analytical ability, incident resolution capability, and teamwork skills. * Intermediate-level Excel knowledge. * Availability to **work** Monday–Friday, 8 AM–6 PM, and Saturdays, 8 AM–11 AM in Surco (near Puente Benavides). **Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective equipment maintenance. * Maintain control over the database, PCs, laptops, security systems, and cameras. * Report the inventory ledger of IT equipment. * Address user incidents. * Support implementation of changes (implementation, training, and evaluation). * Code items for correct use of the proforma module. * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
