Excellent work environment and growth opportunities **Join INDUSTRIAS ELICAR S.A.C.!** **Job Description** At **INDUSTRIAS ELICAR S.A.C.**, a Peruvian company with over 40 years of experience in the metal-mechanical sector, we are seeking a **Junior Quality and Continuous Improvement Analyst** to join our team. We seek a proactive professional with analytical thinking and results orientation, eager to build a career in quality management system implementation, process optimization, and continuous improvement within a continuously growing company. **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct quality inspections and controls during various stages of the production process. * Verify compliance with technical specifications, standards, and internal procedures. * Prepare reports, key performance indicators (KPIs), and quality department performance analyses. * Identify non-conformities, investigate root causes, and track corrective and preventive actions. * Participate in the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the Quality Management System. * Support internal and external audits, as well as the preparation and updating of procedures, work instructions, and records. * Promote continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing process efficiency and reducing waste. * Coordinate with Production and other departments to ensure adherence to quality standards. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree, recent graduate, or final-year student in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 6 months of experience in quality control, assurance, or management within industrial companies.
