Pastry Assistant (Junior or Senior) – Surquillo Main responsibilities: \- Preparation of doughs and bases for cakes, pies, kekes, empanadas, cookies, and alfajores. \- Preparation of classic desserts: cheesecake, crema volteada, mousse, among others. \- Assembling, baking, and decorating cakes and desserts. \- Processing and shaping doughs, preparing frostings, creams, and fillings. \- Maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Requirements: \- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Pastry Assistant in a production workshop or bakery (essential). \- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). \- Technical studies in pastry or gastronomy.
