React + Laravel Developer

Working in a dynamic environment to deliver an excellent user experience We are looking for a passionate, proactive **Full Stack Developer** with solid experience in the **Laravel (Backend)** and **React (Frontend)** ecosystems to join our technology team. In this role, you will play a key part in designing, developing, and maintaining robust, scalable web applications with an excellent user experience. You will work in a dynamic environment, closely collaborating with designers, system administrators, and other developers. **Requirements:** * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years of demonstrable experience as a Full Stack Developer or in similar roles. * Advanced proficiency in **PHP** and the **Laravel** framework (including Eloquent, Migrations, Artisan, Middlewares, Jobs/Queues). * Advanced proficiency in **JavaScript** and the **React** framework/library. * Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. * Experience with modern CSS, preferably **Tailwind CSS** or Bootstrap. * Solid experience with **MySQL**, including table optimization and complex query tuning. * Daily use of **Git** and agile methodologies (Scrum). Responsibilities and Functions * **Backend Development:** Design and build robust, efficient RESTful APIs using **Laravel**. * **Frontend Development:** Create dynamic, modular, and high-performance user interfaces using **React**. * **Database Management:** Design, optimize, and administer relational databases (**MySQL** / PostgreSQL), ensuring data integrity and query performance. * **Integration:** Consume and integrate third-party services and APIs. * **Version Control:** Manage source code using **Git and GitHub/GitLab**. * **Deployment and Servers:** Collaborate on application deployment (experience with Linux environments, AWS, or DigitalOcean is a plus). * **Maintenance:** Identify, diagnose, and resolve bugs (*debugging*) in both frontend and backend. Desirable Qualifications (Bonus Points): * Knowledge of Linux server administration and web server configuration (Nginx/Apache). * Experience writing automated tests (PHPUnit, Pest, Jest). * Portfolio of completed projects meeting the stated requirements.
