





We are looking for a responsible, organized person with attention to detail to work as a Billing Assistant. You will be a key member of the administration/finance team, in charge of issuing, recording, controlling, and following up on payment receipts and electronic invoicing. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Issue invoices, receipts, credit and debit notes, shipping guides, etc., as required by the company * Manage electronic invoicing. * Verify customer data, products/services, prices, IGV or other taxes, and withholdings or deductions when applicable. * Record and archive issued documents digitally and/or physically. * Perform reconciliations between billing, sales, and collections. * Handle inquiries or discrepancies related to issued invoices. * Prepare daily or periodic billing reports for coordination with Accounting/Administration. * Coordinate with other departments to ensure that the information used for billing is accurate.
