Support in credit analysis and approval At **Coreptec Peru**, a leading provider of technology solutions, we are looking for a **Portfolio \- Collections Assistant** to join our finance team. We seek a candidate with career-path potential, as well as strong organizational, analytical, and proactive skills to ensure effective control and monitoring of our customer portfolio. **Main Responsibilities** * Track **invoices and pending collections** with customers. * Record payments and **apply credit notes**. * Support **credit analysis** and **credit approval**. * Manage **customer portals** and prepare billing reports. * **Collect and deposit checks**. * Deliver and receive documentation from customers (**promissory notes, bills of exchange, returned checks**, etc.). **Requirements** * **Graduate** in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields. * **Minimum 2 years of experience** in portfolio, credit, or collections areas. * Advanced **Excel** proficiency and basic accounting knowledge (debits and credits, reconciliations, payment recording). * **Course or specialization** in accounting or finance. * Experience managing **customer portals and electronic invoicing**. * Knowledge of **collection and negotiation techniques**. * Analytical ability and attention to detail. **Soft Skills** Proactive, organized, and solution-oriented individual with assertive communication, sound judgment for decision-making, high sense of responsibility, and the ability to consciously and efficiently manage customer portfolios.
