




**Position Purpose:** Design, execute, and oversee digital and commercial marketing strategies that strengthen the company's image, drive sales, and position the brand in local and international markets. **Main Responsibilities:** * Develop and implement the annual marketing and communication plan. * Manage digital campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, email marketing). * Analyze performance metrics and reports (ROI, leads, reach, conversion). * Create strategic content for social media, websites, and promotional materials. * Coordinate with sales and design teams to align messaging and promotions. * Manage relationships with advertising vendors, agencies, and media outlets. * Monitor competitors and propose improvement actions. **Required Profile:** * Degree in Marketing. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital or strategic marketing. * Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business, HubSpot). * Strong results orientation, creativity, and execution ability. * Intermediate English proficiency and basic design skills (Canva, Illustrator) preferred.
