Participation in continuous improvement projects **Job Description** ---------------------- Provide reasonable assurance over operational internal controls within the business. Promote a risk prevention culture across the company. * Generate reports containing risk indicators. * Analyze risk indicators and identify efficient methods for conducting such analyses. * Manage area-specific KRIs. Lead meetings to present internal control audit and KRI analysis results to process owners across the company. * Define and track actions/plans mitigating risks identified by control areas. Escalate appropriately when such actions are not addressed. * Participate in the implementation, monitoring, and reporting of available risk indicators; execute and report controls over processes and reports. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 1–2 years of professional experience. * Experience in retail or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) companies (preferred). * Experience participating in or leading continuous improvement projects. * Preferred experience in Internal Audit/Internal Control/Certification Audits (e.g., ISO, HACCP, OSHAS, others). * Intermediate Excel proficiency.
