Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Cost Analyst to analyze, control, and improve production costs, identify variances, and coordinate with key departments to propose improvements. Interdepartmental coordination for improvements We are looking for a **Junior Cost Analyst** to join our team and contribute to the analysis, control, and improvement of production costs. **Main Responsibilities:** * Collect and process information for costing production of assigned business units. * Analyze production costs, identify variances, and generate alerts for decision-making. * Monitor and value inventory of raw materials and finished goods. * Classify and control direct, indirect, variable, and fixed costs. * Prepare cost reports and related performance indicators. * Propose improvements to costing processes and information control. * Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Procurement, Maintenance, and other involved departments. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in **Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields**. * Minimum of **2 years** of professional experience. * Minimum of **1 year** of experience in **costing and budgeting**. * Minimum of **1 year** of experience in **production or administrative areas linked to production**. * Advanced proficiency in **Excel**. * Knowledge of **PCP (Production Planning and Control)**. **Required Competencies:** * Analytical ability and results orientation. * Organization and planning skills. * Effective communication at all levels. * Teamwork. * Proactivity and dynamism. * Problem-solving ability. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * Saturdays: 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Salary: S/.2,500\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
