Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Supervisor to coordinate activities, verify compliance with production schedules and procedures, and lead operational staff in an ice cream company. A reputable company specializing in ice cream manufacturing is looking for a professional to join our production team as Production Supervisor. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate production activities during the shift. * Verify compliance with the production schedule. * Supervise operational staff and assign tasks according to production needs. * Monitor compliance with procedures, GMP, HACCP, and safety standards. * Verify proper usage of raw materials, supplies, and packaging materials. * Track process parameters and production performance. * Identify and report deviations during the production process. * Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse departments to ensure continuous production. * Verify order and cleanliness in production areas. * Prepare and review production records and indicators. * Propose improvements to optimize time, resources, and productivity. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree or equivalent in **Food Industry Engineering, Food Engineering, Industrial Engineering**, or related fields. * Experience supervising production in **food plants**. * Experience leading operational staff. * Knowledge of **GMP, HACCP, and food safety**. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
