Position Summary: Ingeniería Río Negro seeks a Junior HVAC Supervisor for landmark projects in Lima, requiring an analytical, proactive profile and excellent communication skills. Key Highlights: 1. Monitor progress, productivity, materials, and tools Ingeniería Río Negro is a Peruvian company specializing in the design, integration, and supervision of HVAC projects. We are seeking a professional to join our team in developing a landmark project in the city of Lima*,* with an analytical, proactive profile, excellent communication skills, and problem-solving ability at all levels. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise HVAC work execution in accordance with drawings, technical specifications, quality, and safety requirements. * Coordinate technical staff and assign daily field activities. * Monitor progress, productivity, materials, tools, and constraints of the assigned workfront. * Coordinate with technical office, warehouse, safety, quality, and client supervision teams. * Submit daily/weekly progress reports, interference notifications, and operational needs. * Accompany inspections, testing, observation logging, and work closure. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or professional title in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Fluid Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience supervising HVAC works on site. * Knowledge of ductwork, piping, HVAC equipment, supports, anchors, and insulation installation. * Ability to read and interpret HVAC drawings and coordinate with other disciplines. * Basic proficiency in quantity take-offs, progress reporting, and crew management. * Basic Excel skills; reading-level AutoCAD proficiency is preferred. * Availability for on-site work and flexible hours according to project needs. **Competencies:** * Field leadership and personnel management. * Technical judgment and on-site problem-solving capability. * Clear communication and effective coordination. * Organization, accountability, and results orientation. * Commitment to safety, quality, and schedule adherence. **Benefits:** * Formal employment registration from day one. * Statutory labor benefits. * Participation in high-impact HVAC projects. * Positive work environment and collaboration with specialized technical teams.
