Identify, analyze, and document in-store operational processes (cashier, treasury, replenishment, receiving, customer service), guaranteeing standardization and real-world applicability. 3\. Lead meetings with key users to validate, review, and approve procedures, aligning operations, control, and in-store experience. 4\. Conduct structured follow-up with process owners to ensure adherence to deadlines, continuous updates, and proper document governance. 5\. Ensure effective communication and rollout of processes to stores, verifying understanding and correct operational execution. 6\. Manage and communicate promotions with operational impact, ensuring clarity in mechanics, control over execution, and mitigation of in-store risks. 7\. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement through process analysis, operational data, and field findings, proposing concrete solutions. 8\. Design and implement automation initiatives aimed at operational efficiency, control, and reduction of manual tasks. 9\. Build and maintain dashboards of operational KPIs (compliance, cycle times, deviations), facilitating data-driven decision-making. 10\. Analyze metrics and generate actionable insights to optimize processes and improve in-store productivity. 11\. Conduct store visits for process compliance audits, identifying findings, risks, and improvement opportunities. 12\.
