A reputable construction company is currently seeking a **Production Engineer** to join our team. We seek a professional with experience in civil works execution, results-oriented, and possessing planning, leadership, and team coordination capabilities to contribute toward achieving project objectives. The position is primarily based in **Lima**, with scheduled site visits to the project located in the **San Juan de Oro District, Sandia Province, Puno Department**, as required by project needs. Requirements * Professional degree and registration in **Civil Engineering**. * Minimum of **3 years** of experience in roles related to production and civil works execution. * Experience as a **Production Engineer** or in similar positions. * Experience in **educational infrastructure**, building construction, or civil works (preferred). * Knowledge of construction planning and control. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (intermediate or advanced level). * Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Project (preferred). * Ability to prepare technical reports and progress reports. * Willingness to travel when required by the project. Responsibilities * Plan and supervise on-site production activities. * Coordinate work execution according to the established schedule. * Monitor labor, material, and equipment performance. * Coordinate with the Site Manager and other departments involved in the project. * Verify compliance with technical specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards. * Prepare physical and production progress reports. * Propose and implement improvements to optimize resources and site productivity. * Track adherence to project execution deadlines. Work Location and Modality * Primary location: **Lima**. * Willingness to conduct scheduled site visits to **San Juan de Oro – Sandia Province – Puno Department**, approximately **once or twice per month**, or as frequently as project progress demands.
