Job Summary: We are seeking a technical backend leader with experience in C# and .NET Framework to manage system maintenance and support, foster critical thinking within the team, and evaluate products to ensure quality. WHAT WE REQUIRE:** * Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields; or a certified technical diploma in Computer Science, Systems, or Computing. * More than 4 years of experience in backend development with C\# and .NET Framework. * Minimum 1 year leading technical teams. * Proficiency in project tracking tools (MS Project, Jira) and intermediate-level MS Office. * Strong SQL Server expertise: complex queries, indexes, transactions, execution plans. * Solid experience with T\-SQL Stored Procedures and functions. * Development and implementation of Windows Services. * Experience with REST Web APIs using ASP.NET. * Methodologies: Scrum / Agile. * Experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, or similar). * Knowledge of Angular for frontend coordination. * Experience integrating external messaging APIs (SMS and WhatsApp). * Familiarity with mapping APIs (Google Maps, Here Maps, Mapbox) and AWS geolocation services for handling location data. * Proven leadership of projects implementing geolocation and GPS services in mobile and web applications. * Proven leadership of applications leveraging location data for route tracing, geofencing, and real-time tracking. * Excellent communication skills to coordinate with other teams (UX/UI, QA, etc.) and ensure timely, high-quality deliveries. * Ability to quickly and efficiently resolve complex problems by providing technical solutions that prevent future issues. * Skill in root cause analysis and resolution of difficult technical problems. * Ability to work in agile environments and rapidly switch between different tasks or projects. * Experience using AI tools (Claude Code, Codex, etc.). **2. RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Provide technical leadership by fostering a teamwork-oriented environment that encourages critical thinking and communication skills among team members. * Independently manage maintenance and support tasks with minimal supervision. * Actively participate in team meetings, including sprint planning and retrospectives. * Evaluate and prioritize tasks based on business value and user needs. * Assess products under development to ensure they meet quality and acceptance criteria. * Manage dependencies, impediments, and identified risks. * Efficiently identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues both on the frontend and backend. * Continuously learn new technologies and improve technical skills.
