In Peru, we operate in most economic sectors such as mining, agriculture, and fishing, forming part of the value chain of their products and services. **Job Description** * Develop and analyze training activity indicators and reports for clients according to agreed service levels, internal policies, and guidelines to report results, progress, and improvement opportunities. * Prepare training indicator reports and dashboards for clients, in various formats and delivery frequencies. * Update training indicator records and/or reports based on supporting documentation provided by the client. * Design and update reporting templates according to operational needs, coordinated with the client and their immediate supervisor. * Maintain updated information and/or documentation of the service provided to the client in Sharepoint, according to contractual requirements. * Analyze the reporting process, identifying improvement opportunities and automation alternatives. * Provide user support on the Training Platform, assist and guide contractor companies, and perform configurations on the Training Platform for training campaigns / programs. * Adapt training content in UN online formats to match the client's look & feel. * Perform other similar duties as assigned by the Employer or superior according to business needs and requirements. **Requirements** * Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Systems, Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. * Experience in Power BI and Data Analytics (Basic level). * 2 to 3 years of experience in reporting, HR, projects, or similar roles. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. **Additional Information** * Payroll registration from day one. * Life insurance as per law. * EPS premium covered at 80%. * Ongoing training opportunities. * Corporate agreements.
